Our services include Companies Office type services, Tax Office type Services, Drafting Services and Major Business Licenses in Jamaica.
To register your business you will need your ID, TRN and Proof of Address (pictures/scans). The business name, nature and the address (can be the same as your home address). If you have a drivers license it can cover all three.
The processing time is usually 14 business days AFTER your requested business/ company name has been approved. Sometimes this poses a little hiccup but we will work it out.
Cost: Soletrader: J$8000
Partnership: J$10,000 (2 Persons)
Limited Liability Company: J$65,000 (1-2 persons)
We offer a Basic Package for Business names for $25,000 upwards and we also offer Packages: Soletrader : J$45,000 Partnership: J$55,000 LimitedLiability Company: J$75,000
The Full Package includes:
- Business Documents
- Tax Filing for Business name Registrations
- Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
- Cashflow Projection
- Stamp/ Seal
- VMBS Business Bank Account
Once payment is made, please send us a copy of the receipt to our email as well as your Id, TRN, proof of address , business name , nature and business address to info@ramsayshelpdesk.com .
Please then start a WhatsApp chat with us informing us that you've sent the email and made the payment. We will then confirm that we have received the requisite documents and send you your receipt and additional instructions.
To open a Business Bank account, your business has to be registered.
You will be needing the following:
- The Business Documents
- Your ID and TRN
- Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
- 12 month Cashflow Projection
- Stamp/ Seal
To get your TCC starts at $15000. We will draft all necessary documents for you etc just to make it more convenient. To get your TCC, you would need to satisfy both your tax filing and tax payment obligations to be deemed compliant.If you haven’t filed your taxes this year, you will need to in order to get it but you can filing zero/nil. The cost to file is $15000 per year and you will need an services taj account. If you don’t have a Tax Office Eservices account and login details, we can do that for you as included.
The Cashflow Projection is an accounting statement to show how much the business is expected to make for the next 12 months, it costs $10000 and the Stamp/Seal is $8000. We offer a business bank account full package for the discounted cost of $40,000 for soletrader and 50,000 for partnership and company. This includes all the above. The in-house business bank account opening is an addition $5000.
For the limited liability company, the incorporation only costs J$65000 and the full package which makes better sense is J$75000.
It includes the following:
- Company Incorporation
- Certified Copies
- Tax Compliance Certificate (Tcc)
- Company Seal
- 1 year Cashflow Projection
- Assistance with 2 Business Bank Accounts (VMBS & NCB)
- Assistance with a 500k credit card and card machine if you'd like.
We offer our in-house bank services where you don't have to go into the bank at all for NCB and ScotiaBank at $5000 additional each.
Please note that you will need a company secretary and we will note both your ids, trns and proof of addresses along with the company details emailed to info@ramsayshelpdesk.com
If you don't have one we offer Company Secretary Subscription which is $12000 annually.
For assistance getting your Motor Vehicle Import License, we first recommend a special consultation with our director to proceed. The cost of the Special Consultation is $10,000 per hour. During this session, the entire process will be explained highlighting the documents required and all your options will be explored. if you opt to proceed with the service, 40% of the consultation cost will be subsidized from your total cost.
For assistance getting your Microcredit License, we first recommend a special consultation with our director to proceed. The cost of the Special Consultation is $10,000 per hour. During this session, the entire process will be explained highlighting the documents required and all your options will be explored. if you opt to proceed with the service, 40% of the consultation cost will be subsidized from your total cost.
Our book keeping services start at $8000 and goes up based on your specific needs. You may opt to be assisted with
-Data Entry such as income and expenses,
-payroll management,
-PAYE monthly tax filings,
-Bill Payments,
- Bank Reconciliation and so on.
All you have to do is make your specific request and we will provide your monthly quote.
